Catching up on my Tom Clancy
Before my life got too hectic, I used to always go out and buy books by my favorite authors as soon as I they came out. But over the years my family has gotten bigger and my responsibliites at work have increased so I don’t have as much time to read on my own time. When I get some spare time I normally use it to take my daughter to soccer practice to give my wife a break.
I found out that I was going to a convention for work across teh country and would be on a plane for several hours, so I knew that I would be able to have the time to read for fun. This occurred to me while I was doing a hughesnet dial-up comparison, so after I chose to switch my internet from dial-up I bought a Tom Clancy book that had been out for a few years but I didn’t have the time to read it then.
It was so nice to read the Without Remorse book just for fun, even though as soon as I stepped off the plane it was all work.
